Walnut Health Corporate Programs are tailored to companies’ specific needs, therefore there isn’t a “one-size fits all” program. The corporate programs focus on promoting education and empowering employees to make beneficial dietary and lifestyle changes that enhance their overall wellbeing.

How does our Holistic Health & Wellness Corporate Programs work?

Our programs can be in person or online, considering companies’ preference.

We support corporate companies by offering mainly two programs - Basic and Premium - where 1-to-1 express nutritional clinics can be added as an additional service. These programs can be adapted according to companies’ needs.

 
 

Basic program

It is a 4 months program designed to increase overall health, motivation, productivity and energy levels in the workplace, that covers:

  • 6 health and wellness presentations (~1 hour)

  • 1 continuous learning session

  • Ongoing support

Premium program

It is a long-term program that adds 3 or more months to the Basic Program, including the following:

  • Continuous learning sessions twice per month with different formats according to company’s needs/ objectives.

Express corporate holistic nutrition clinic

It is an add-on service that can be added to both programs, which includes a 30-minute holistic nutrition clinic per employee.
